Eligibility

Fanarc is intended only for adults who can form a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws. Fanarc allows legal creator content uploaded by consenting adults only.

You may not use Fanarc if you are under 18, barred from using the service, or using the platform on behalf of another person without authority.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs through your account.

You must not share access, evade restrictions, misrepresent your identity, or use Fanarc in a way that interferes with platform safety or compliance obligations.

Creator responsibilities

Creators are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and consent necessary for any content uploaded to Fanarc.

Creators must comply with all applicable laws, platform policies, payment processor requirements, and verification checks requested by Fanarc or its service providers.

Fanarc Artists and music

Selling and publishing music on Fanarc requires artist access, which is granted only after an application is reviewed and approved by Fanarc. Fanarc may approve, decline, suspend, or revoke artist access at its discretion, including for rights concerns or policy violations.

Artists must own or control all rights needed to upload, stream, and sell each release on Fanarc, including the sound recordings, musical compositions, lyrics, artwork, and any samples or featured performances. Artists confirm this when applying and remain responsible for it for every release they publish.

Fanarc may remove a release, suspend sales, or revoke artist access when it receives a credible rights claim, when required by law, or when a release violates Fanarc policies. When an artist account is suspended, banned, or deleted, its music is taken off Fanarc for new listeners.

Music purchases and streaming

Music on Fanarc is streaming only. Buying a release gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream it in full on Fanarc for as long as Fanarc offers music and your account is in good standing. It does not give you a file to download, and it does not transfer any ownership of the music or its rights.

Anyone can hear a 30 second preview of a track (shorter tracks preview for at most half their length). Free releases can be streamed in full by anyone signed in to Fanarc.

Purchased music stays in your Fanarc library if the artist later takes the release off sale. Access may end if a release is removed for legal reasons, such as a valid copyright claim, or if your account is suspended or terminated.

Music is priced in US dollars and paid with your Fanarc wallet balance. Fanarc keeps a platform fee from each sale and credits the rest to the artist's earnings.

Subscriptions and payments

Fanarc may allow users to purchase subscriptions, paid content, tips, or other paid creator experiences. Prices, billing periods, taxes, and available payment methods may vary.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Fanarc may limit, delay, reverse, or decline transactions when required for platform safety, compliance, chargeback handling, or suspected unauthorized activity.

Refunds and cancellations

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions through the platform where available. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.

Refunds may be considered where required by law, payment processor rules, duplicate billing, technical error, unauthorized activity, or other circumstances Fanarc determines appropriate.

Music purchases are generally final once the release has been added to your library, except where a refund is required under the circumstances above or the release is removed before you could stream it.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use Fanarc to create, upload, promote, monetize, request, or facilitate:

• Content involving minors, youth sexualization, or anyone who cannot legally consent.
• Non-consensual content, trafficking, exploitation, coercion, blackmail, or extortion.
• Illegal sexual content, stolen content, impersonation, or content uploaded without proper rights and consent.
• Music you do not own or control the rights to, or ripping, recording, re-uploading, or redistributing music streamed on Fanarc.
• Fraud, scams, deceptive monetization, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass payment controls.
• Violent, extreme, or illegal content, including threats, incitement, or unlawful services.

Content ownership

Creators retain ownership of content they upload, subject to the rights they grant Fanarc to host, display, process, transmit, moderate, and operate the service. Artists keep ownership of their recordings and compositions and grant Fanarc the rights needed to store, transcode, stream, preview, and sell them on Fanarc.

Users may not copy, distribute, record, scrape, resell, or repost creator content unless expressly authorized by the creator and permitted by Fanarc policies.

Moderation and enforcement

Fanarc may use automated systems and human review to support platform safety, policy enforcement, verification checks, and compliance obligations.

Fanarc may remove content, request information, apply additional review, temporarily restrict features, limit monetization access, or take other action when needed to address potential violations or unauthorized activity.

Suspension and termination

Fanarc may suspend or terminate accounts, subscriptions, content access, or monetization features for policy violations, legal risk, payment issues, verification concerns, or conduct that may harm users, creators, Fanarc, or its partners.

Users may stop using Fanarc at any time. Certain obligations, including payment, ownership, compliance, and safety obligations, may continue after account closure.

Reporting abuse

Users can report abuse, policy violations, suspected illegal content, impersonation, or safety concerns through Fanarc support channels.

Reports may be reviewed by Fanarc and, where appropriate, escalated to payment partners, service providers, or legal authorities.

Liability disclaimer

Fanarc is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fanarc disclaims warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Policy updates

Fanarc may update these terms and related policies to reflect product changes, legal requirements, processor obligations, or platform safety needs. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
