Verification workflow

Creators complete verification through the in-app flow at /verify, including legal information, government ID upload, and a selfie photo.

Fanarc may use automated checks to help route cases for review. Automated results do not guarantee approval.

Manual review

Submitted cases may be reviewed manually by authorized Fanarc staff when automated checks are inconclusive or additional compliance review is required.

Fanarc may approve, reject, request resubmission, or escalate a case for further review.

Review timelines

Review timing varies based on submission quality, queue volume, and whether manual review is required.

Fanarc does not guarantee a fixed approval time.

Selfie process

Creators submit a still selfie photo during verification. Fanarc compares the selfie against the government ID using automated identity checks where available.

Video liveness is not currently required in the standard verification flow.

Approval and rejection

If approved, creators may access monetization features subject to other platform requirements.

If rejected or suspended, creators are notified through verification status in the app and may contact support for review requests.

Monetization access

Monetization access may be limited, delayed, suspended, or removed for policy violations, incomplete verification, payment issues, rights concerns, safety reports, or legal and compliance obligations.

Creators may contact support@fanarc.com to request review of a verification, moderation, or monetization decision.
