How Fanarc collects, uses, protects, and shares information for account access, payments, safety, compliance, and support.

Information collected
Fanarc may collect account details, profile information, creator verification information, contact information, content metadata, transaction records, device information, usage events, support messages, reports submitted to the platform, and age attestation records.
Creators may be asked to provide identity, age, payment, tax, or compliance information before accessing or monetizing certain platform features.
Authentication and session handling
Fanarc uses authentication and session controls to keep accounts signed in, protect access to private areas, and prevent unauthorized use.
Session, security, and device information may be processed to help maintain account integrity and platform reliability.
Age attestation
Fanarc records when users confirm they are at least 18 years old, including the timestamp and policy version accepted.
This attestation is required before accessing creator content, purchases, subscriptions, or messaging.
Cookies and local storage
Fanarc may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to support login sessions, preferences, security controls, product functionality, and performance.
Browser settings may allow you to limit some storage, but certain platform features may not work correctly without it.
Analytics and security monitoring
Fanarc may process usage, device, network, and diagnostic information to understand platform performance, detect abuse, improve reliability, and protect users and creators.
Fanarc may use automated systems and manual review processes to help detect fraud, abuse, policy violations, or unauthorized activity.
Payment processor usage
Third-party payment processors may process payment information, billing details, payout information, tax information, chargeback records, and transaction metadata.
Fanarc does not intentionally store full payment card numbers when payment processing is handled by a payment provider.
Moderation and compliance review
Fanarc may review account information, creator information, content, reports, transaction activity, and related records for platform safety, policy enforcement, verification checks, dispute handling, and compliance obligations.
Information may be shared with service providers, payment partners, legal authorities, or safety organizations when appropriate or required by law.
Data sharing and sale
Fanarc does not sell personal data. Fanarc may share information with service providers that help operate the platform, process payments, host content, provide analytics, support users, or meet legal and compliance obligations.
Account deletion
Users may request account deletion through in-app account settings. Fanarc schedules deletion after a 30-day grace period during which the request may be cancelled.
After deletion is executed, Fanarc may retain limited records where needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment records, safety investigations, moderation history, audit logs, or legitimate business purposes.
Retained records may include financial and ledger records, payment and chargeback records, audit and security logs, moderation and support records, and creator verification records where retention is required by law, payment processor obligations, or platform safety requirements.
Retained verification records are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are not made public after account deletion.
