Creator and user safety
Content Policy
Fanarc's public content rules for legal adult creator content, consent, prohibited material, reporting, moderation, and enforcement.
Last updated June 4, 2026
Allowed content
Fanarc may host legal adult creator content, consensual adult expression, and artistic or adult media that complies with applicable laws, platform policies, and payment processor requirements.
All people depicted in adult content must be adults who have consented to the creation, upload, distribution, and monetization of that content.
Restricted content
Some lawful content may still require additional review, age or identity verification, context, rights confirmation, or temporary restrictions before it can remain available or be monetized.
Fanarc may restrict content that raises safety, consent, intellectual property, payment, or compliance concerns even if the content is not explicitly listed below.
Prohibited content
Fanarc prohibits content, conduct, services, or monetization involving:
- Minors, youth sexualization, youthful appearance presented in a sexual context, or age ambiguity that creates compliance concern.
- Non-consensual content, hidden recording, image-based abuse, doxxing, coercion, extortion, trafficking, or exploitation.
- Incest, bestiality, illegal sexual content, or content involving people who cannot legally consent.
- Illegal violence, credible threats, instructions for harm, or extreme unlawful material.
- Exploitative self-harm content, predatory behavior, or content that encourages serious harm.
- Stolen content, copyright infringement, impersonation, misleading identity claims, or unauthorized reposting.
- Fraud, scams, deceptive monetization, chargeback abuse, or misleading paid experiences.
- Prohibited services, unlawful transactions, or attempts to use Fanarc to arrange activity outside platform rules.
Creator responsibilities
Creators are responsible for making sure their content is lawful, consensual, accurately represented, and uploaded with all required rights and permissions.
Before publishing posts, creators must confirm that they have the rights and consent of every person depicted.
Creators must cooperate with verification checks, moderation requests, rights reviews, and compliance obligations when asked.
Upload review and quarantine
Uploaded images and videos may be scanned or held for review before becoming publicly visible.
Content that raises safety concerns may be quarantined until authorized staff review and clear or remove it.
Reporting and moderation
Fanarc maintains moderation, reporting, verification, and compliance systems intended to reduce abuse and enforce platform policies.
Users can report posts, comments, and profiles in the app. Reports may also be sent to support@fanarc.com or compliance@fanarc.com.
Reported content is reviewed by authorized staff who may dismiss reports, remove content, suspend accounts, or ban accounts.
Enforcement actions
Fanarc may remove content, require changes, request documentation, apply additional review, temporarily restrict features, limit or remove monetization access, suspend accounts, ban accounts, preserve records, or escalate matters when appropriate.
Suspended and banned users are blocked from platform actions according to account state enforcement rules. Enforcement actions are logged for audit and safety review.
Fanarc does not guarantee that every violation will be detected immediately, but reports and compliance concerns are reviewed with platform safety in mind.
