Billing support
For subscriptions, charges, cancellations, duplicate payments, or billing errors, contact support@fanarc.com with the email address connected to your Fanarc account and any relevant transaction details.
Abuse and safety reports
Report suspected illegal content, non-consensual content, exploitation, impersonation, harassment, fraud, or urgent platform safety concerns to support@fanarc.com.
Compliance-sensitive reports may also be sent to compliance@fanarc.com.
Copyright and IP reports
For copyright, trademark, impersonation, or stolen content concerns, contact support@fanarc.com with enough information for Fanarc to identify the content and evaluate the request.
